Pho Anh Dao - Edison

The waitress yesterday was Filipino like my wife, and they spoke in their native language, which I initially thought was nice. However, my wife barely touched her food and seemed extremely upset. Later, I found out the waitress was looking down on my wife and asking extremely inappropriate questions.

Was the best pho in the area. Not fresh food anymore. Never a bad experience until the past few months. Staff is friendly but lacks empathy. I don't blame them, the management is non existent. I'm not sure who runs this place now.

My go-to spot in the Edison area for Pho. Ample seating and quick service make this restaurant a frequent lunch time visit. Portions are great for the price, and I always leave fulfilled!

Pretty good Pho here. Staff is super nice and prompt. We were able to get a table rather quickly even though it was prime time for dinner. The spring rolls were so-so, but we weren't there for those. Certainly a good place to go to when it's nippy outside
