Manhattan Bagel - Edison

Worst experience I ever had at any sandwich place!!! How I get a avocado egg white, yet I get no avocado, drench in mayo and a LEAF of lettuce.A LEAF OF LETTUCE IS OUTRAGEOUS. Never stepping foot in there again.

Had a lox bagel today , the bagel was stuffed with tomatoes to make it look like it has more lox even when it doesn’t say on the ingredients that it supposed to have any tomatoes on it.One of the worst lox bagels I have ever had , I basically paid $10 for tomatoes and cream cheese bagel with 2 slices of lox.

This place is great and Manhattan bagel is always great. However, if you want good bagels there is also liberty bagels nearby. I only go here for the cold brew and bagel!I had a sausage, egg, and cheese on regular bagel it was 9/10Hashbrowns never been a big fan of theirs however I do like that it doesn't taste like oil!Overall if I could give a 4.5 I would However I will be nice and give a 5

Ordered two bagel sandwiches went next door to another store while it was prepared came back to pickup my order and found out it was given away. Had to wait again as they made two new sandwiches. When exiting the plaza I realized the sandwiches had ketchup which I didn’t ordered. I returned the sandwiches and asked for a refund. The employee had an issue with the register and while telling them my issue they gave no apology they just gave excuses and whined about how busy they are. My time wasn’t valued my business wasn’t valued and at no point did this person take the time to accept responsibility and apologize. They made comments and gave a rude demeanor. When I made them aware of their customer service and I pointed out how I’m speaking calm and collective their response was I’m being passive aggressive. I made them aware I will be contacting management and she replied I am the owner nice to meet you Natalie. If this is the store owner this a terrible representation of Manhattan Bagels Franchise. The owner was very rude, unprofessional, disrespectful and arrogant. On my way out she said I should have spoken Spanish to her employees so they could have gotten my order right. I’m not even Spanish nor do I speak spanish. Very nasty and prejudice comment to say in front of a store full of customers.

This is the best hazelnut coffee I've ever had! I'm in love with their omelet wrap, especially with avocado and your choice of meat and cheese. The icing on the cake is that they deliver through DoorDash. Thank you for my delicious breakfasts!
