We popped in for a late dinner and was very pleasantly surprised this is not your ordinary Scottish pub. Every meal is beautifully presented, the Venison was like a painting! And it tastes even better! Cooked and seasoned to perfection! Add to that a great atmosphere and supernice, welcoming and professional personnel. This is a must visit when close to Edinburgh! Do not miss!! Too bad we discovered it at the end of our Scotland visit or we would have come several times! All the best from the Swedish family.

This review is for the restaurant only. Absolutely amazing food! We all had the flat iron steak, it was very tasty and cooked perfectly, the best steak we've had for a long time. We chose to add some onion rings and seasonal veg and these were cooked to perfection too! Enjoyed it so much we are planning to come back again tonight. Staff very helpful and attentive. Would 100% recommend. Service: 5
