Siam Restaurant And Bar - Edinburgh

This new restaurant took over the space where Ruan Siam was located before (with a surprisingly similar name). We enjoyed a peaceful lunch on a quiet afternoon. Our meal started with some fried appetizers.

Oh what a joy. My obsession with Thai food has just become more extreme since trying Siam restaurant under the new ownership this week. The food is extremely flavourful, fresh, authentic and beautifully presented. Pure delight for your taste-buds.

This restaurant has recently undergone new ownership, renovations and a complete overhaul. The new owners, Chris from London and Pui from Bangkok, have put a great deal of passion into the establishment. The cuisine is the finest Thai cuisine I have experienced in Edinburgh. The seafood is sourced daily from Leith and the Thai ingredients are imported weekly from Thailand, which truly enhances the dining experience. The restaurant has a warm, family-friendly atmosphere and exceptional service. Overall, it is some of the best food I have had the pleasure of enjoying.

Food is good, staff is friendly. Just do not expect a posh place... ;

We went to the restaurant with our friends on Sartuday night. The food was amazing and special. I have been to many Thai restaurants but this one is definitely my favorite. Worth money Pleasant time! Strongly recommend.
