Bidrage med feedbackI went to the cafe when I attended an Arcadia event. I called the hotel before to ask if I could park on the street outside, they were so friendly helpful! the inner is beautiful, the caffe was so beautiful. I loved the tellers and put on them with a malmaison. the cakes were really delicious! had such a season!
Last week I had the opportunity to visit the newly renovated chez times bar in the malmaison, leith. the bar was opened and is bright and bright. the terrace outside is a wonderful space, especially when the sun seems. we tucked in a few of the bar nibbles the mini burger served were super sukkulent and the bungalow soft. very tasty. the arancini balls and spring rolls, where crispy and seasoned well. the summer classics cocktail specialties run Sunday to Thursday, where cocktails cost £5! we drunk a few glasses champagne, pina coladas, mojitos and painkillers. thanks to a malmaison for the invites.
The standout dish, and fortunately my dessert, was the Mal Hot Chocolate. Unlike a typical drink, it comes in a large cappuccino mug brimming with vanilla ice cream, topped with soft, handmade marshmallows, and accompanied by a jug of rich, warm melted chocolate. This indulgent chocolate is poured over the top, creating a beautifully messy and incredibly enjoyable dessert experience.
I started with the eggs benedict, which I always crave on Sundays, and it did not let me down. It was a lovely introduction to the meal. My friends also enjoyed their salmon starter, which looked equally enticing. For the main course, I opted for the roast option—roast beef—which is the perfect Sunday fare. To finish, we indulged in two amazing desserts: queen's pudding and sticky toffee pudding. Overall, it was a delightful lunch, all for just £15 for three courses. Once again, Malmaison exceeded our expectations. We've dined here several times, and their Sunday dinner is undoubtedly the standout. The restaurant has a dark, cozy atmosphere. On our recent visit, we were eager to try their house burger, which is absolutely delicious and has a somewhat dessert-like flavor. The hot chocolate fountain was also delightful—so melty in the middle and rich in taste. It's definitely worth a visit if you find yourself in the area.
