Came in to look at climbing gear, ended up having a delicious lunch with excellent speedy and friendly service.

There was quite an array of things to pick form the menu and not quite agreeing with any one thing, I got a selection of things toast with scrambled eggs, mushrooms and bacon. So tasty and the staff were so accommodating! Great value for money too. WOuld highly recommend!

I used to use the Summit cafe regularly because they do gluten free sandwiches, but for various reasons hadn't been in a few months. When I went a couple of weeks ago I was so pleasantly surprised I have ended up going for my coffee every day since! The lunch I had on day 1 was a VERY generous baked potato with filling, and I was even able to have a gluten free flapjack for pudding with my coffee which is something not many local alternatives have. The super fun and friendly girls that are running it now make the place so welcoming and relaxed. I'll definitely continue to be a regular customer here!

I work nearby and heard about the new management (the lovely Hannah and the return of one of their former staff members (the AMAZING Gillian . If you have had a bad experience before, please reconsider and visit again! You will not be disappointed. I just had the Friday 'special ' it was pretty SPECIAL! A great choice on the menu as well as Gluten Free, Veggie Vegan options. The home baking is not to be missed :
