Very good food in the end (mussels and chips and a calzone pizza) and left happy because the manager gave us a large drink each to make up for a debacle with the chips. They originally came out cold and stale but when we questioned it, we were told they were fresh...which was a little insulting because freshly fried chips are quite easy to spot. Then the new chips took so long to come, we were close to complaining about this and we had finished our mussels by then. The new chips weren't amazing but freshly fried at least. I do think they handled it well though an apology goes a long way, the food was tasty and we'll be back. Will change to 5 stars if we have more immediate good service a couple of times!

One of my favourite restaurants perfect spot by the beach, and do the best fish batter, also quick service and staff are always so friendly.

Very good team brought us beer, cocktails and food in a beach bar atmosphere. Very roomy with all the extra space at the minute. We had absolutely no complaints and enjoyed our visit very much. Good views of the bustling beach.

Tasty food. We had dish and chips, calamari, a mixed salad, haggis bonbons and pizza. It took a long time for the food to arrive but the waiter explained the poor chef was on his own! Worth the wait. Friendly staff good food and a great location
