Had a vegetarian pizza on the go . It was amazing in taste crisp on the crust and a delight on the buds Great pizza worth the price too

We ordered a takeaway from here on a Thursday where we just couldn't be bothered cooking. Excellent food, excellent deal.. Food was hot, fresh, delivery time was good. Chicken poppers are sublime! This is our 2nd delivery from here and we will definitely order again.

Made 2 separate orders. One for my address and one for my families address. My order arrived (after driver tried to deliver across the street?? with the wrong pizza. We called and they offered to send out new pizza. I then got a call to say my families hadn’t arrived so I called again to be told there was no other order. I told them I had confirmations and payments taken and gave order numbers still wasn’t resolved so I went into store and showed them in person to be told it’s not their issue even though they messed up both orders? Refused to give me refund for my now cancelled orders and refused to give me head office number. Absolutely disgusting staff attitude, also does not understand basic English. I got very angry when leaving but absolutely do not regret that.

Firstly, always search around the Google Box for vouchers they exist, I got one that eased the pain from the howler of a meal. Secondly, placed order online and within 20 minutes order delivered impressive. The BBQ wings were microwaved, the skin was gloopy, the wings were microscopic and the sticky special BBQ sauce MIA. Thirdly, the Pizza was adequate for a £9.99 pizza. Problem was this was a £19.99 pizza yikes. For that sort of pricing it should have been stone baked in Turin and Lear jetted across. It wasn 't and as said it was a very fast delivery so no fault, except the price tag. Finally, the desert, the Toffee Apple Sticks that arrives in the shape of a pizza, cut with a pizza cutter but not sticks. It 's a small pizza with a squirt of caramel sauce that bakes into the dough, no apple sauce as described and no extra caramel sauce squirted over the top to finish it off. It was inedible. I called the restaurant, spoke to the manager was told that this was how it should be, so I hung up. NO offer of getting it back to inspect it, no apology at my utter horror, just a 'that 's how it 's supposed to be. Familiar flavours of bonfire night Our dough is covered in toffee and apple sauces baked and then drizzled with more toffee sauce No it aint mmmm Hmmm no it aint, nothing like the descriptor no sireee. The score was for the fast delivery but quite frankly I can live without that and the next time order from a place that actually serves decent food for a decent price.

Got the itison voucher for this branch ... was a good deal but the service and standard of food and service more so let it down. Store wasnt that busy but we waited nearly 45 mins for a orfer that said it would take 15 mins. Asked the young guy at desk how long it would take and he said he didnt know...... well go and find out please. Didnt even apologise. Staff in the kitchen were not wearing hair nets or hats and he had a long fringe. He wa going between making the pizzas handling the dough and touching the till He was covered in flour and so was the till. I am sure as basic hygiene you should be washing your hands between these especially when handling money !! Pizza its self was average and i would say they the were extremely light on the toppings. Very disappointing
