Good food, good coffee and quick service, it’s a little place feels intimate. The bar staff was lovely, had breakfast here during our stay in Edinburgh

Went yesterday for lunch with my daughter millie x As always the food was amazing the homemade soup lentil was delish. We have been hundreds of times in past and never had a bad breakfast. They are that accommodating that when i said i was doing slimming world they even made me a full breakfast syn free #totalwinner The staff are so friendly chatty and have been so lovely to us over the years always welcoming with massive smiles and calling us by our names which is amazing customer service. We have made so many lovely friends from staff to customers over the past few years and we always look forward to visiting. See u all next week will be sad when they sell as the staff make they place amazing and will be missed so so much.

My wife and I have been coming here for years every time we visit Edinburgh or Leith this is a must visit after a night out ! Great value £5.50 for a BIG breakfast . Love this place .. don’t ever change .

Mitchell's Cafe in the Leith area of Edinburgh is a good basic cafe serving lovely breakfasts at a very reasonable price first time we have been but it will now be a weekly event.
