Mcdonald's Restaurants

A bit more organised than the London Road branch as Telford Road has a separate entrance for delivery partners so saves them all hanging about the front customer area, but the staff serving in the restaurant really need to cheer up ...miserable people with no please or thank you and act as if they can't be bothered! Making an effort goes a long way.

Great Place! Recently renovated, I've updated pictures for people who want to see. Very clean and modern. Staff are still very friendly and helpful. Food was warm and served quickly. Plenty of parking to choose from. Toilets were clean on visit too. There's only 1 downside to this restaurant. And that its not 24 hours. Of this side of Edinburgh, feel its a missing opportunity for them. Okay and another minor one, the paper forks are rubbish at cutting pancakes

Waited 20 mins for food, bare in mind they were dead, not busy at all. my friend who ordered at the same time as me got her food within 2 mins and i was just waiting, the women was very rude when i asked after the 20 mins of waiting where my food was. she said she can’t do anything about it, disappointed but then got my food without the dip or a straw for my drink, and was served by the rude women with a heart warming grumpy face.

No complaints about the food, but this is a McDonalds after all so dont expect fine cuisine. I have had mixed experiences with the service in this branch they quite frequently get the order wrong and miss some items. Also the staff seem to struggle to find parking spots when using the parking pickup option through the app even though they are all numbered.

Great food served fast while having lots for the kids to do. Kids loved the galaxy ice cream
