Mcdonald's - Edinburgh, City of

Whenever employees at the counter are happily chatting with their friends while working they alway manage to miss one or two items. Don’t even bother double check, but if you do check the bag at the counter they side eye like “dude, I can do my job”… well, clearly not. I don’t understand why it happened so often there. Is not that hard. Also why is allowed for them to waste time chatting with their friends while working? Is a fast food establishment is not rocket science. You put what’s in the order in the bag, double check and there you go… 3 items in the order, 3 items in the bag, if you did put 2 there’s something missing, it’s no brainer. Obviously having a chat with their pals (not coworkers) while working is not helping them with simple math. It happens at least 3 times this month even in quiet days. Wake up please.

We popped in for a quick lunch, the service was fine and the food was good. The issue was there was not 1 clean table in the whole restaurant, the bins were overflowing and the toilets were awful too.

I visited Broxden in Edinburgh ad went through the drive through. All went well but there is no menu to choose and you just end up shouting at a post. When the food was got I took off and found a layby there being no parking spaces. I found no ketchup, which was asked for, no curry sauce which was charged for to accompany the chicken nuggets no salt or pepper so an unattractive meal that could have been so much better. One thing missing out the non charged for but charging and not getting is extremely annoying.

How long does it take to order latta and white coffee. Went to macdonalds also on Saturday. No latte. Should be ordering straightaway when it is finished.

Was really busy on a Sunday night and there was manager with short pink hair doing really well. They were trying to go as fast as they could and their effort was noticeable! Thought I’d let Them know as it’s usually always bad reviews written.
