Went here for my birthday. One of the staff members Pierre was very helpful and made sure everything went well. Highly recommended.

First of all, we would like to highlight the attention of Jonathan and Isabel, eager to give us the best, charming at all times. A place with special charm, very pleasant atmosphere at high tables and low tables. The menu offers multiple possibilities, and the boards are more than delicious, the 10 smoked products surprise with their quality and unmatched flavor. We will return every time we go to Edinburgh.

We waited a long time for our food, even though the restaurant didn't appear busy. Two of us ordered dishes that didn't require much cooking, like charcuterie, but they came last. The staff were friendly, but we felt the prices were too high for the portion sizes. However, the quiche was tasty.

Excellent wine list. Food menu is light but matches wine very well. There is space to improve food quality such as using better sourdough bread on the croque and as a side, better quality cured meats and some better quality cheeses. Some cheese is very good others are ok. Excellent service, staff is attentive and nice. Warm atmosphere. Probably the best wine bar in the city

Our server Isla was fantastic! She was sweet and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout the night. We were celebrating a special occasion, so she brought us some bubbles to start and then complimentary drinks before we left. The food and wine was delicious as well. We will definitely be back soon!
