Wing Barn Edinburg I-69

This was the worse service and food we received. My husbands wings were so dry it was like Jerky, my chicken strips were so small and skinny it was like skinny nuggets. Then we ordered dessert and it took more than 37 minutes. We received a refund on the dessert but service was just horrible. You could see the cooks talking more concerned about that vs actually cooking. Was looking forward to this meal just to be extremely disappointed.

High quality food selection. Some items aren’t that good but for the most part everything is far above average in taste.

That didn't have anything. The storm ruined the food. They had no back up plan for food so menu was small. What they had was good. Always great atmosphere. They need ATM to be able to give waitress tip.

Horrible Customer Service today from the girl in the front named Cynthia. We walk in, no hi, no welcome to Wing Barn. While looking at the menu the girl walks to the POS system and goes ready to order? In a rude tone. While ordering, I ask if they still sell poppers in singles and she states they do but have none right now. I ask what the wait time will be for some to be ready but she cuts me off half sentence and goes we aren 't selling them until they tell us again, in a rude way, no apology, no smiles since walking in and walking out. Don 't get me wrong, I love Wing Barn, and have been supporting them for years, even being a former employee some years back. I remember working in the restaurant field and my main concern was making sure I gave the best customer service to all guests, making sure everyone felt welcomed and enjoyed their experience, and quality of their food. I feel like nowadays, that compassion for excellent customer service lacks in many young people working in this field today..

The girl up front at the register Cynthia R. Had horrible service, no greet when we came in, In a hurry to get the order in, cutting us off when ordering other items and there was nobody in back of us in line to wait. Was told that there wasnt Blue cheese dressing at the moment, but when we were waiting for our order I heard her clearly tell a group of 3 ordering that they have blue cheese dressing but just without the blue cheese crumbles. No poppers available too an the moment, just very Unprepared. The other helper girl with glasses rude too. I went to her in the kitchen window and politely asked for a knife, she picked one up, the serrated end and said here . don 't know how the owners/managers hire these types of non enthusiastic and rude people to care after their business but if it works for them , kudos, this location is one we 'll stay away from!
