Subway - Edinburg

I've consistently found that they never have chocolate chip cookies when I order. Additionally, there are no other Subway locations nearby. I placed an online order, and when I picked it up, it was incorrect. I refused to accept it, and the staff mentioned they would inform the manager, but I never received a refund. When I spoke to the manager, she was very unprofessional and didn't know how to handle customer service. I was really disappointed.

I was quite disappointed with my sandwich. I requested extra jalapeños, but all I received were two small slices. On the other hand, they certainly didn't skimp on the mayonnaise—it felt like they added an entire bottle! It was way too much. To make matters worse, there weren't nearly enough napkins to clean up the mess. The mayonnaise created quite a disaster. Overall, I was really let down.

I appreciate that they save my order history. It makes it quick and convenient to reorder my favorite items. I really enjoy my sandwich!

I prefer 1 come now Subway what is the deal with your sandwiches in this facility yall is so shy but prices high for the portion. I asked for a Tuna sandwich. No Tuna Spread Sandwich. Who in the stern does your photos yall should put the reality of what it is, all wrong ads. I don't care if there are new sandwiches that I hate to see the way they are made with such terrible employees. I never come to this subway. Yall must be at check! 10.00 And AMENDMENT FOR THE pathetic Tuna Sandwich. Geez, you try to save on food, but stiff the customer for Shysty Sandwiches. SmH! That's so ridiculous, I'll tell you something your competitors are. Firehouse, although they calculate what they do, at least they put meat in them, not as you all get it wid. I'm so upset and she can't even cut half of it off. The Brerad is so large compared to the tuna spread .. You're kidding, but you take my money.

The lobby was closed due to somebody calling off last minute however the car working was an absolute doll and had a positive attitude I'm so happy to have been helped by her. got 2 tuna footlongs at 7:08pm on 05/23/22 thanks for being at work girl!!!
