Sal's Italian Bistro - Edinburg

We are visiting Edinburg and Sal's was the perfect choice for dinner. The food, friendly staff, the quick service. Tracy,our waitress, was kind, courteous, attentive and kudos to the kitchen for presentation of the meal. Delicious, highly recommend if your are here in Edinburg.

Food and atmosphere were excellent. Service was slow for not many customers. All in all a Good Italian restaurant. Parking: only street parking.

Best steak and cheese sub I have had in a very long time! The owner is very friendly and makes his own dough and bread and it is absolutely amazing. Pizza is top quality and ingredients are fresh and it's right off the interstate 81 which makes it really convenient. Plenty of parking on the street or in the parking lot across the street. It's also handicap accessible

My family and I had Father’s Day dinner here. The staff is incredibly friendly. Sal, the owner and chef, personally introduced himself and greeted us, adding a personal touch that truly set this restaurant apart. You can tell that he genuinely cares for both his restaurant and customers. The food is spectacular. Everything is homemade with generous portions, and every dish we tried was delicious. My whole family couldn’t stop raving about the quality and taste. This is hands down the best Italian restaurant in the area. I highly recommend it and give it a 10/10. We will definitely be back!
