Tim Hortons - Edinboro

Service was good, but why have they started putting so little cream cheese on their bagels? See the photo. They charged me $1 for this much cream cheese!?

Every time I order a cold brew with foam they consistently put more foam than cold brew so the drink is just foam. How am I supposed to get caffeinated from that?I would add a photo but when I got back I just made my own coffee to put into the foam they gave meWhat was the point of going to get coffee

I have had more bad experiences with this Tim Hortons than any other around. The college kids that work here are rude and never admit they were wrong. I was in my car with my family of four and ordered a icecap with whip cream and when I got to the window they gave me a icecap without whip cream. When I asked for whip cream the guy rudely remarked that we never ordered any and he will have to charge us again. My family all heard me say with whip cream and whether or not he heard me over the speaker he was rude and defensive instead of saying he didn’t hear me. He then forgot to give me a straw and when I asked for one he threw it into the car! Just one examples of the many unprofessional actions and treatments that me and my family have had.

I have heard nothing but good things about this place I am from out of state so wanted to try. Went to this location and ordered my food with no cheese at the speaker. Went to the window asked three times if there was cheese on the bagel because my fiancé is lactose intolerant they insisted that there was not. We drive off and get down the street to find cheese on the bagel. We went back to have them fix the order I had the bagel thrown at me and the worker walked away without even saying have a good day or apologize. Very rude customer service
