El Camino Taco Deli - Edina

The vegan “Vegetarian Crumble” “Rajas” tacos are both excellent and a serious step above in quality of ingredients and overall taste. Both types of tacos are very well seasoned with spices and have ingredients and flavors that blend nicely together. The “crumble” is Beyond Beef brand, with spices and house flavoring added. The tacos were so good that I didn’t even miss having vegan cheese/sour cream. It was fun to try all 5 of their salsas (available by the beverage counter), alternating between them with each bite of taco. I talked to the owner who is very knowledgeable about the vegan diet. He provided the following list of vegan menu items, and confirms there is no cross-contamination since vegan tacos are cooked in their own separate skillet.
