Cov Edina

I visited this restaurant for the first time and had a great lunch experience. The restaurant is located inside the mall but also has an entrance from outside. We were seated promptly, although there can be wait times during busy periods. Our server, Noah, was friendly and provided excellent recommendations. The food and service were both top-notch. The only downside was that some customers seemed pretentious and detracted from the overall ambiance.

I am giving this restaurant four stars because it is very noisy, but overall it is a good place to eat. The staff is friendly, although they may not be the most professional. They don't have much knowledge about the food and wine on the menu, and their responses can feel a bit robotic. However, the bar staff is different and very knowledgeable about their drinks, acting in a professional manner. The food was enjoyable, although we found it to be slightly above average compared to fine dining. Despite this, we would still recommend this restaurant, especially if you are staying at the Westin next door as it is a good alternative to the hotel restaurant. Also, the restrooms are quite cool!

Great first time experience at Cov for me today. Katie did. Wonderful job of guiding us through our options, and her sincere hospitality was greatly appreciated. The Brunch **** Mary was fantastic among the best I?ve ever had, and the Miller HighLife Pony chaser was delightful. Guacamole was awesome. Lobster roll was great. Scallop risotto fantastic. Highly recommended.

The restaurant offers free parking, delicious food, and options for vegetarians. Sundays are less crowded, making it easier to find a seat. Reservations can be made in advance. The servers are excellent and the food is served quickly. Alcohol is also available. The macaroni and cheese I ordered was the best I've ever had in Minnesota. Outdoor seating is available, and the food is worth the price.
