Ordered online to save time. The app said I could pick it up inside. I get there at the exact time, my order isn’t on the pick up shelf. I had to wait 15 mins for someone to come to the counter so they could give me my order. Once I get back to work to eat and finish my break, my food looks horrible and there is barely any food. Where are the rest of my wedges? Why does my chicken tenders look like that? I spent $17 with tip and I get Air. I ordered an additional sauce and didn’t get that. Just overall horrible experience, lost a customer today.

I never leave reviews. But this location has to be the worst run corporate restaurant I have ever been to. My daughter loves wings and have eaten them many places. We had come on three previous Sundays to be told there was a 90 min to 2hr wait understandable but we passed. Tonight we came and were told 30 min wait, the restaurant had two active tables and a few at the bar rail and there was 1 brand new server for the whole restaurant. We waited. We ordered 1 order of 15 fried wings and potato wedges. 30 min to get a table in an empty restaurant. The potato wedges came in about 20 min. The wings took another 25 min. And weren't hot. So 45 min to get 1 order of warm wings in an empty restaurant. No manager came to explain anything or check on any table. Take the drive to any other wing establishment in the cities. I would have talked to the manager but never saw one. Very uncomfortable dining experience.

Horrible service, waited almost 2 hours to get our food plus on top of that the server sends the wrong food, she took around 10 min to serve the drinks, while we wait for the drinks she is on the phone talking like come one I came here with my family to have a good time but instead we had a horrible experience, she never bothered to do refills or check on our table knowing I had 2 kids with me that were hungry. Never coming back to this location. Never had any experiences like this one in any places horrible horrible service.

Worst experience!!!! Came in at 6pm ordered drinks and meals right away. Drinks were delivered. When it came time for the food to be delivered 3 out of 4 meals arrive. No big deal, I can wait. After the others were half way through their meals, I flagged down the server who said the food will come when it’s done and they focus on delivering hot food. She then proceeded to the next table not acknowledging that there may be a problem. After she was done with that tables order did she actually go and check on the food. It was still a wait and when the food arrived only the wings came and not the side. I asked for the manager then as my first bite was a luke warm wing! As the manager was speaking he didn’t seam to think it was a problem as traditional wings take longer, I ordered boneless! Then as everyone was finished and my complete order had not arrived I requested the check. They did comp the meal in question which needed to be taken home and reheated. I will never go back to this location and its standards for food delivery has me questioning the whole chain.
