Subway Sandwiches Salads - Edgewood

The rude owner or manager that’s at this location makes sure you can’t order a 3”size sandwich for a child the way they want it. I was forced into buying an over priced 6” plain cold cut sand which for 6.50. Come on subway. Get it together and allow you child menu to have the option to customize. This is the only location I’ve had this be a problem. Won’t be coming back to that one just for that reason.

Chicken bacon ranch is my favorite. This is a good subway. Fast and friendly.

Fast, friendly service. I usually stop in here a couple times per month. Never disappointed.

Today, on a cold and rainy day, she refused to make soup because, as she put it, "she didn't want to keep stirring it." One of my coworkers went in for lunch, and because she has red hair, Jennifer decided to call her "Red." This coworker politely asked Jennifer not to call her that, as it was offensive, but Jennifer ignored her request and continued to use the nickname. I will no longer be visiting this Subway, even though it's the most convenient location for me.

Jennifer was the only staff member working, and she did a commendable job under the circumstances. The sandwiches were well-prepared, but the wait was quite lengthy due to the long line. This place could really use some extra help for Jennifer!
