Scene75 Entertainment Center Pittsburgh

This place is excellent!!! Gave my son a party here pre-pandemic and he had a ball. Great place to go and celebrate or just hang out and allow the kids to blow off steam.

I enjoyed myself, I've been to Scene 75 at least I believe three times prior never participated always was a chaperone. This time I participated with my grandson it's his Birthday he turn six today. I didn't realize You can have So much fun. There was good social distancing, everywhere I looked there was hand sanitizer full to the max. All the Personnel was great. Starting from the guards at the door making you feel safe and sound. To the older guard gentleman that was walking around. To the wonderful young lady at the beverage bar, I love her personality. The gentleman at the games and ticket area as we were checking out, if he didn't know what to do, or the answer to our questions he definitely went and got help. Speaking of help the young man that help fix the bowling ball area to the young lady that went over and Beyond in the bouncy room. The group at the go karts area collectively they were very respectful and great. Well done everyone. Team work, help make the dream work).I Amanda Sheffield really enjoyed myself, so did my six year old grandson Thank You Scene 75) I will be returning with family members. We came around or about 11:00am I really don't remember I had So much fun, I just know we were supposed to be there for 2 hours we where there till 4 that was 5 hours of fun PERIOD )Ps. Did I say we had fun, fun, fun

First impressions on arrival were good. Security was smooth and a nice lady greeted us at the entrance with pizza 's for our party that we 're ordered ahead. Pizza was actually pretty good (didn 't try any other concessions or drinks). However, our group mostly went for the go-karts and lazer tag. Which both require some type of inferior reservation system. Place was not busy at all and we only managed to get on the go cart once with our group during our two hour visit. Two of us were able to go twice. Nothing was explained to our group and it was realized by us there was a boost button (couldn 't figure out why some karts seemed so slow). Staff on the track seemed more intrigued with their phones than explaining the equipment. After we got off the go kart track we went to play our lazer tag reservation, only to be denied due to maintenance but it seemed like they just didn 't want to bother with anyone else playing with 15-20 min left till close (plenty of time to get a game in). Overall its a typical entertainment center, but don 't expect to play lazer tag or go-karts a bunch, nor expect exceptional customer service.

Nice facility to hang out with family and social distance

I've never been to this place, but from what I've seen, it seems to be absolutely terrible.
