Bidrage med feedbackI strongly advise against dining here. The staff was unfriendly and seemed annoyed by my presence, as if I was interrupting their personal phone call. I waited 20 minutes for my order, only to have them come out, chatting on their cell phone, toss my food at me, and return to their conversation without a second thought. After discovering that some items were missing from my order, I had to circle back around, and when they handed me the missing items, they slammed the window shut and offered no apology. I attempted to call the manager to express my concerns, but my calls went unanswered. On top of all that, the food was far from fresh; it was clear that the chicken had been reheated. Overall, a disappointing experience.
This KFC raised the bar in an unexpected way. They added an extra dollar to my $13.19 order, bringing it to $14.19. When I asked about it at the drive-thru, the manager just laughed. The receipt indicates that a $1 donation was included, but I didn't receive the cookies that usually come with the KFC bowl. I was told they stopped including those a month ago. Be cautious if you visit this location.
I was informed that they ran out of chicken tenders, so I ordered regular bone-in chicken instead. However, they then decided to serve chicken tenders after all. It felt like I was getting the runaround with my chicken order. Plus, I didn’t receive a receipt. The 5-piece Nashville tenders ended up being only 4 pieces, and the family crispy chicken was soggy.
The macaroni and cheese was stale, with burnt brown cheese that made it inedible. The coleslaw was served warm, which made me uneasy since I have a sensitive stomach, and I worried about potential food poisoning. As for the pot pie, it was old with a mushy crust; I could only force down half of it without the crust. To make matters worse, my soft drink—still sealed since it was a mobile order—had dirt in it. It looked like the cup was dirty beforehand because when I poured it out, there were brown specks inside. I am incredibly disappointed, especially after craving KFC for days. I called to report the drink issue and suggested they clean their dispensers, but the employee on the phone didn’t seem too concerned. The only decent items from our meal were the mashed potatoes and biscuits. Additionally, I didn’t receive all the sauces I ordered; I asked for two of each sauce except for ketchup, and we only received one of two different varieties. I strongly recommend finding another location or choosing a different place to eat. I am so upset by this experience that I plan to contact corporate later. I noticed that some other negative reviews got responses with a corporate contact number, while many didn’t, suggesting this might be an automated response system. It feels quite insincere.
I was disappointed that they didn't have the extra crispy option, so I ended up ordering the original. Unfortunately, the bread was soggy, and I really wish I could have just enjoyed a nicely roasted chicken again.
