I want to give a huge shoutout to the Dunkin' on Edgewood Pulaski Highway! They've done an amazing job transforming this store. The improvements have been significant across the board! The staff is now incredibly friendly and personable, making each visit even more enjoyable. The drinks are prepared much more thoughtfully now, rather than just being thrown together like before. The last few months have truly been a delight. It's a huge improvement all around! You’re all doing an excellent job—thank you!
To give you some context, I was already in a bad mood before heading to Dunkin'. While trying to find my order details on my phone, I had to get out of my car and go into the store. Apparently, for pickup orders—which I was unfamiliar with since I don't usually order this way—you need to go inside to collect your food. When I first approached the young man at the drive-thru window, he informed me that my order wasn’t ready. After that, I went to the DoorDash pickup area only to discover that my order hadn’t even been started, despite receiving a text saying it was ready and having an email confirmation. I took out my frustration on the young man, which was unfair, as he hadn’t done anything wrong. I was already upset for other reasons, and with everything piling up, I ended up being rude to him. I must say, though, he was very professional. After realizing my bagel order hadn't gone through and that I had to wait for it to be prepared, I finally took a moment to apologize to him. When I did, I saw his name tag—Smiley. How ironic! I had been rude to someone named Smiley. So, I give Smiley a solid 5 stars for his service, while my overall experience with the online order and pickup gets 3 stars. While I appreciated that my sandwich was made fresh when I finally got it, it wasn’t hot. On a positive note, Dunkin' Donuts was clean, and it appeared that the crew worked well together.
This is the best Dunkin' experience I've ever had! I was having issues with an order from another place and had also ordered a coffee from Dunkin'. When my other order got canceled, I was pleasantly surprised to find that my Dunkin' delivery included a complimentary donut—my favorite one, no less! I'm now a lifelong fan. Thank you so much for consistently going above and beyond. The small gestures that may seem insignificant to some really make a huge difference to others. To be honest, I was having a really tough day, and this small act brightened it significantly. So, thank you again! What you do matters, and it's truly appreciated. Keep up the great work, everyone! <3
