Best lobster roll I’ve had in denver hands down, location sucks though, maybe this will be up and coming in a few years but it’s very hole in the wall for counter service $40 sandwiches

I drove quite a distance to try this restaurant after finishing work on a Monday. At 2:32 PM, I saw this sign at the register indicating that they were closed for a break. I waited for a while, but it feels unreasonable to close an entire restaurant during operating hours. I understand that many places are struggling with staff shortages lately, but this experience has led me to consider other dining options in the future. It’s frustrating for paying customers to have to wait so long just to place an order, let alone enjoy a meal. So, if you’re feeling adventurous, you might want to take a chance on this place and hope they’re open when you arrive.
