Great food, lovely staff and very pleasant athmosphere. Well worth a visit. Whole place absolutely spotless.

This is probably the classiest restaurant in Edenderry. The antipasto starter is amazing if you like cheeses, olives and various cold meats. It is loads for two, but enough for three. The minestrone soup was just as I like it, with lots of vegetable chunks. The steak Tagliata €32.50 is special. Incredibly tender and served on a bed of roquette with either garlic potatoes, chips or mash. The fettuccine alla Boscaiol was a bit bland, so I won't choose it again. The house wine is very good as is the Irish coffee. Staff are always very pleasant, and attentive without being intrusive. So next time we want a special evening locally, we will be back. Total for 3 starters, 4 mains, 1 dessert, 2 Irish coffees, 2 glasses of house white, I bottle of house red, 1 Fanta and 1 coffee €205.20
