Big Bites - Edenderry

I always receive the incorrect order at this restaurant. I feel like I have wasted my money. I give it one star and do not recommend it.

I decided to order delivery from this restaurant and it turned out to be a terrible mistake. The fries were dry and they also got my order wrong. I am extremely unhappy with my experience.

I will not order from that restaurant again. The chicken in my kebab was burnt and still had feathers and skin on it. It was repulsive and not worth the money.

I recently dined at this restaurant and while the service was fast, the customer service was terrible. I observed them using a bucket for kebabs, food falling on the ground, and employees sweating heavily. I have frequented many budget-friendly takeout spots, but this was the worst I have encountered. The subpar quality of the food matches the low prices. If food is going from the floor to your plate, it should be inexpensive. I was thoroughly disgusted by the experience and have no intention of returning. After witnessing what was happening behind the scenes, I knew I could not come back.

Food is lovely and is always hot on arrival the staff are very friendly and are helpful. Delivery is quick and the drivers are nice. I love their special kebab you will be full for the day after it.
