Smashburger - Eden Prairie

Food was ok. The young man that helped us was very polite. He explained to me that they didn't make haystack onion rings anymore which I was sad about. Its been a while since Ive been around a smash burger and i was disappointed food-wise. But service is as great as ever!

The food is great and consistent. Service is good and hospitable. We generally do take out and use the mobile app to place the order so the order is ready when we get there. The onion strings are especially good.

Food was cold by the time I got it home. No one was at the counter so I was standing there for a few minutes Ike wtf before someone finally popped out and asked if I had a pickup order or if I needed to order. And it wasn't even that busy? So yeah for an $18 burger and fries when I could go to MyBurger for, and also get better service and better, hotter food for a cheaper price, I'll prolly just do that next time I'm craving a burger.

Probably the dirtiest location I've been too place was filthy when we walked in and the employees were sitting around running there mouths. We didn't even order just left my friend said imagine what the kitchen looks like lol huge thumbs down

I don’t believe my order was fresh or made to order. I had a double bacon cheeseburger, and it was dry with overcooked bacon. The onion ring was old, and there was only one on my plate. The rosemary fries were also not fresh and had a tough texture. We were really disappointed. I feel like I would have been better off spending $16 at Five Guys or even McDonald's. I was not impressed with the quality of my meal.
