Cold Stone Creamery - Eden Prairie

Very good ice and very expensive. Unfortunately for the sugar free options is limited. everything else is good, but not diabetic friendly. I wish they have more options for sugar free. Every time I came in, they only have vanilla for me, that's too easy.

The ice cream is always melted. The staff is super nice but the ice cream is not cold. I was really disappointed. Went there 3 times already and the ice cream is always melted. Not planning to go back. Sorry.

Had a demand for ice, so I let my people stop here on the way home. the load saw a little down. I wanted a waffel bowl and the only ones they had were halloween, orange, who were clearly old, as today Sunday, 6 november. I asked if they had others and the guy worked, said no. I asked if it cost extra for the old waffle bowls and he said it was $1 extra. I decided to get out of the bowl. the ice had not a ton of blows in it. the whole experience was just so rough. I won't be back.

Definitely top on my list of my places to get ice cream/shake. Friendly staff and great service.

Usually love cold stone but the freshness wasn't there this time. Staff was amazingly friendly so service was 5/5 stars. However, the food is was gets 2. I ordered a smallest size cake batter with cookie dough. The cookie dough was dry and crumbly, usually very soft. Seems like they needed some fresh mix ins. The prices are going up and it seems a bit overpriced for me now, I can't justify $5 for the smallest cup when I can go to the store and get an entire container for the same price (or cheaper).
