Bj's Brewhouse - Eden Isle

The service and drinks are fantastic but who ever is doing the food order needs to do a better job, to be out of calamari and pork chops on a saturday is ridiculous. We came for a birthday and none of these were available.

Had prime rib with mashed potatoes salad so much food all was really good salad was fresh meat was cooked to my request service was right on tried the local beer it was really good I would recommend this place and I will be back

A while ago, the recipes changed for some menu favorites. They had potential to be good, but the originals were better. The food has also been cooked worse lately. Burnt burgers or dry chicken. Cheddars nearby cooks their chicken better, but they don’t have as many choices.It hurts me to say I haven’t been going as often. Malory is the best server there hands down, and she cares about everyone’s experience. But the chain itself is making changes I just can’t get behind.

Go to BJ’s all across the country… this one missed the mark. Could not get on the WiFi and the bartender informed me that their internet rarely works if ever. I can get WiFi in every BJ’s I have ever visited for the last 10 years. As a business traveler, WiFi is a must to get numerous tasks done prior to or during dinner. Never can get cell due to the structure of the building. Will not be back to this location for the fact that they cannot supply this simple service. I am in Slidell for the next 3 to 6 months and will eat out most nights. Oh well… will be good for surround restaurants which all supply this service.

BJ's in Slidell never disappoints! Shannon and his crew, especially Nicole, Tommy, Belle, Amanda, etc, always provide top-notch, friendly, attentive service. The food hits the mark, and in the very rare instance where there is an issue they are quick to resolve to our satisfaction. The ONLY criticism is that sometimes the music plays a little too loud. Highly recommend!
