The resturant manager Mr Allen was really helpfull and pleasant throughout the service. He helped us with arranging a cake at night eventhough the receptionist refused but we were really satisfied with the service. Thank you Allen.

The room was ok but there was a foul smell coming from the toilet room on the first floor, whenever we open the tap. Food was good. Service was ok....laundry service was very bad... my white clothes were return in grey colour. I regreted giving my laundry.

It was a pleasant stay for 2 nights. We visited Jatayu earth center which is ~4km from this hotel. Rooms and facilities are neat and tidy. Spacious parking, Food is really good but little on costlier side.

Pathetic customer service. If there is an option, avoid this hotel for any reason. The lady in the reception(Chitra) has a rude attitude and their staff doesn’t know the rules or failed to convey to guests properly. The room was kind of okey but this lady spoiled everything when our guest wanted to come to our room while we are checking out. Never ever to this place again.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE I have attended a family function at this place. Worst experience my family had at this place. The team was not equipped for the function at the first place, stage was not settled very poor sound system was having echo issues. The team serving food like they are doing a charity. Food was served by teaspoon/ tablespoons. Instead of fish pieces only tomato and fish curry gravy was given to people they only gave pieces to who ever demanded the pieces. I asked for hot water, and waited there but I didn't get hot water even waiting for 2 hrs. Basic aminities like salt was not provided. I really hope the management gives some proper training to these guys and it's very important to train them not to spoil there reputation with such cheap services.
