It was a really nice experience to dine inside a castle, the service by the students was good. The food was also cooked nicely, some flavour combination were not to my tasting. Ambiance: 5/5 Service: 4/5 Food: 3/5

Imagine a three and a half hour vegetarian degustation whilst dining in the Lyon countryside at a Michelin star restaurant, in a chateau. Magical? Fantastical? Mythical? Reality. The food was delicious, the service was sophisticated, and I felt I brought the general tone of the place down by an order of magnitude just by being there. It remains the best food and fine dining experience I have ever had. It's all downhill from here I'm afraid. Of note, our omnivorous dining companions found the meat based degustation to be similarly mind blowing. Special mention to our head waiter weronika. She led an army of wait staff that presented course after course in an unrelenting battle against our waistlines and our better judgement. They won.

Flavored atmosphere, very pleasant service, smiling, discreet but present, the wine agreements were great, everything was perfect from the reception to the plate, an unforgettable experience. Thank you.

Very nice place with refined cuisine and elegant service and small care. The menu is a delightful walk with seasonal products and beautiful tasteful discoveries. Thank you for this exceptional evening and congratulations to the teams of the season.
