The staff at this restaurant is very friendly, and they have clearly labeled vegan and vegetarian options on the menu. They now offer soy or almond milk for coffee. I ordered the avocado salad with soy meat and falafel. The salad was decent, but the falafel was delicious. The beet sauce tasted like yogurt and paired well with the falafel. The atmosphere of the restaurant is also nice.

Latte Graphic is a trendy café with stunning views of the ViNA Front shopping center in Ebina. To find it, simply go from the mall to the station, turn left, and there it is! The menu offers clearly labeled vegan and vegetarian options, and they now also serve almond milk for their coffee. While we are not heavy coffee drinkers, we enjoyed kiwi juice, falafel and hummus, and two salads with soy "meat". Everything was fresh and delicious, although some items were a bit overpriced and the vegan selection was somewhat limited. It appeared that other dishes could not be easily modified to be vegan, but this could also be due to our limited Japanese language skills.

The ice coffee was excellent, made by skilled baristas using a La Marzocco espresso machine. Vegetarians have a variety of options, including truffles and mushroom pizza, desserts, and various drinks. It is recommended to arrive before 5 to take advantage of the cheaper lunch menu, and to enjoy the dimmer lighting after 5 during the transition to dinner service. Additionally, the restaurant offers free Wi-Fi.

I have the avocado salad with soy meat and the falafel. the salat is in order, but the falafel is good. the beetroot sauce tasted like yogurt and went well with the falafel. the ambiente is also good.
