Kfc - Ebensburg

This store is a disaster, the front door was locked at lunch time. The food I ordered inside at the counter. I ordered chicken strips,a order of Cole slaw and French fries. Easy enough right ! When I got out to my vehicle, The French fries were missing....I call the store , the lady was very ignorant, well she said everyone makes mistakes, she said I was a mistake. I paid for that and I didn 't get them. How hard is it to read an order? All these fast food places are happy to make mistakes......when are they happy to get it right? Wonder how many millions of dollars they get from mistakes I 'm done with KFC..they give you raw chicken,wrong orders...and who knows what else bacteria they give you.....very disturbing, no management and they are happy to steal your money. Don 't stop at KFC anymore!!!!!!!!

We went here thinking it was open...the doors were locked. According to the hours posted on the door they should have been open. Very disappointed.

Went thru the drive thru at 8:45 PM. My chicken nuggets were way overcooked and the French fries were cold and soggy. My last trip to this establishment.

I am very unhappy with my experience here. I ordered online. 45 minutes before pick up. I go to pick it up, no one is in line. I get there at my exact pick up time and they’re scrambling to get it done in time, (keep in mind I’m literally the only person there. they didn’t give me the cake I ordered, nor did I get my potatoes. The only thing I got was my sandwich and Mac and cheese. This Mac and cheese was not only old but made me very sick after I ate three bites of it. Look at this, you can literally see the old curled pieces of the Mac and cheese in it!!I don’t understand how ordering on the app is suppose to be faster and a better experience. My business is done here, I will be going to Burger King for now on if I need fast food for dinner.Ps: Diablo 4, why did you have to partner with kfc? Life’s so difficult now.
