Dunkin' - Ebensburg

The newest business here in Cresson.If you don't know what they do then here's a lesson.Their customer service is top quality.They serve with a smile donuts and coffee.

While helpful describing what exactly their frozen drink menu consisted of, service promptly fell off after I'd made my decision and had to wait quite some time to actually place my order while staff counted the till and did their end-of-shift cleaning. I actually felt ignored, standing at the counter waiting, until the gas station clerk that's unaffiliated with Dunkin's, noticed and directed the staff to me.

Doughnuts was a bit on the hard side and some we got wasn't what we ordered.

Rebecca and Daniel are the most rude workers ever here. They will sit and talk bad about customers amongst themselves. Making fun of a customer without any teeth, they should be ashamed of themselves.

Stop in one morning in a bit of a hurry to work and got what I wanted up to the counter to find the person working ??? sleeping in a chair, blanket and all. Left my items on the counter and left. This was the second time this has happened to me in this RAT store !!!
