Subway - Eau Claire

Sais it closes around 10 o'clock on the window sign it saw online sais closes at 9:30 o'clock and show at 8:30 o'clock and are already cleaning and was told that their closed every day I in the opposite their closed at all different times, they need a consistent timetable

Company claims to be open. no employees, although I have waited almost 10 minutes

They always run out of cheese for their tents and I will still be charged the full price for half a bottle cheese

They make my favorite sandwich, which is rare because a lot of the subways don’t have the chicken teriyaki. My concern however being with covid and how the 3 workers working on Saturday the 23rd of January were not wearing any masks.

Thankful a new crew, headed by Gina, have managed to turn this location 180 Degrees. Finally a courteous and professional staff have arrived on the scene. Best sandwich and service I've notice here in over a year!If you have avoided this joint before, it really is worth a second chance!Thanks Gina for the great sandwich and service!
