Star Cup - Eau Claire

This place is awesome! They have a huge variety of beverages, and many of them are dairy-free, which is really nice. I tried the raspberry green milk tea and the wintermelon green milk tea, both were fantastic, and the boba was also delicious. A lot of places undercook their boba, or overcook it to the point where it loses flavor, but this place has it perfect. If you're in the area, or just passing through Eau Claire like we were, definitely check this place out for a refreshing drink!

My granddaughter who has allergies ordered a dairy free item. They made it with milk. Charged her $7.00. She complained and they made her the correct item for another $7.00. The refused to admit their mistake. Will not ever stop there again. Bad customer service strikes again.

Not my favorite place but my friends love it! Their products are very good and even have plain slushies for losers like me!

For the past few times that I 've been here, they 've always ran out of tapioca pearls. I 'm not sure if they didn 't make anymore or if they ran out of tapioca, but for it to be constantly out makes it frustrating. It 's the experience of having the pearls with your boba is what makes it good. Not only that, I ordered two drinks, the cashier didn 't tell me my total, took my card to pay, and never got a receipt. While waiting for my drinks found out he only put my husband 's drink on the bill and not mine. As the line was long, I did not go back to reorder.
