Firehouse Subs Eau Claire

Thw food and atmosphere are great. When the older workers are around in the morning the service is great and they dont miss a beat. Later in the day the younger workers dont say thank you or ask what kinf of bread I want.

Food is fantastic but the employees need to take their jobs more seriously. Goofing off in front of the customers when several groups are waiting for their food is extremely unprofessional.

Ordered one sandwich inside at 7:00 and at 7:40 was still waiting until I gave up and left. It wasn't like they were cranking out a bunch of orders during that time either, they just weren't in much of a hurry. Used to enjoy the place but no more. Food was always good when you actually got your sub.

The staff is very friendly every time I have been in. The food is awesome, I haven't had anything from there that I haven't liked. My favorite is the spicy sweet meatball.

Ordered the steak and cheese subs. The subs were luke warm ,and had to ask for it to be reheated.They remade a new sub for the one that was cold. Bread was soggy from the juices. Flavor was good on the subs. Customer sevice was good. I ordered the side mac and cheese, it was like soup that came out of a can. Staff was friendly prices where on the higher side. Place was clean.If the subs came out hot. I would have gave it a better rating.Not sure if I will go back there again. Maybe if I do go back I will order something else.
