Burger King - Eau Claire

At the drive thru at 10:01 clock we did not advise our food until 10:29 clock. I had faster service in a sit down restaurant. when we got the food, it was cold and bad. If you take so much time to make a sandwich, you'd think they could do it better.

The service is excellent, but there have been issues with long wait times and cold, poorly assembled breakfast burritos. It seems like coming here consistently leads to either a long wait or a negative experience.

It is a hit or miss for me at the then BK site in recent years. 2-3 years. this place was formerly my go to joint for a helicopter. Previously, they had great employees who actually cared for us! now I have to look through the bags to check them twice for application accuracy. they're lucky I still like to be hotter. lol

The restaurant had strict COVID protocols in place. The Impossible Burger was delicious and the milkshakes were fantastic. The burger could have been hotter, but I don't mind. There were a lot of pickles, which I enjoyed. The interior was very clean overall, although the men's restroom had some pee splatter around the urinal. But can we really blame Burger King for men failing to aim properly?

The lobby was open and we were left in peace without any harassment - a refreshing and unique experience.
