Incredible Chicken - Eastwood

The flavour of the Korean fried chicken is pretty good here but I can't really say the same for the texture, which was a bit dry and overdone.

If you like your Korean style deep fried chicken then Incredible Chicken will really hit the spot for you! Dropped in for a quick meal tonight and ordered two dishes, both of which were excellent.  The Spring Onion Gangjung Chicken (18.0) was deliciously crispy and coated in a wonderfully sticky, sweet and gentle spicy sauce. The Bulgogi Noodle Hot Pot (15.0) was still bubbling when it arrived at our table. The potato starch noodles were perfectly chewy (as this kind of noodle should be) and the Bulgogi beef was juicy and tender.    The two mains came with a load of generous side dishes. The atmosphere of the restaurant was okay, the boppy beats of K and J pop kept things lively. The biggest surprise was the service - friendly, polite, fast and smiley (my God, this is Eastwood - they've achieved the impossible!). Can't wait to return so I can try some of the other styles of deep fried chicken. There are twelve varieties in total. Incredible Chicken is indeed incredible! NB - Incredible Chicken is open until 12am every night!

Definitely not the best fried chicken place in the parts, but it was alright. We got half a serving of the Incredible Gangjung, and half of the Spring Onion Gangjung, and both were fairly tasty although I definitely preferred the Spring Onion one. It came with two sides only which was a little disappointing considering there was no kimchi. We also got a serving of seafood pancake which was very tasty but rather expensive at $15. Not much else to say about this place, the food was okay but you can probably get better fried chicken for cheaper around Eastwood.

Craving crispy, delicious , fried chicken without the frills? Then this is the place to go! The chickens crispy without getting soggy despite being drenched in their delicious sauces and toppings Myself and 3 other buds got the half Snow chicken, half soy sauce chicken and half sweet and spicy chicken( which wasn't spicy at all). Whatever u get, you get banchan ( free sides) of tofu, sprouts, kimchi and moo( pickled radish). My buds also got the seafood soup and a bibimbap, but we were too greedy and ate it all before I could take photos :) Oh and don't forget to order Korean beer! This is the perfect place if you are only after fried chicken with a twist. Will be back!
