The best Japanese cheese cake ever. It’s so fluffy like a cloud and delicate. The tarts are so good.

Need more new pastries or recipes. My favorite cake is Panda and Coconut. They might need to add DRINK Options to go along with the pastries more revenue and customer traffic. Play some music to brighten up the atmosphere here...

Pass this place a few times and decided to give it a try Japanese cheesecakes was light and fluffy more like Angel food cake. Not too sweet. Very moist since Japanese cheesecake is cooked by steam. Cashier was friendly and courteous. She explained the different treats. Too bad they don't sell coffee with the cakes. American cheesecakes are dense creamy, sweet, butter and baked.

Got the strawberry cheesecake. It was delicious and super soft. Would definitely go again.
