Bidrage med feedbackWe ordered cream puffs and the banana trifle pie and they were delicious! Definitely recommend trying them. You will not be disappointed!
Wow! The mango float is amazing! Next time I’m ordering the full tray. It reminds me of a tres leches cake but with a twist of perfectly ripe Philippine mangos. So creamy with an added crunch from the crushed nuts. I highly recommend this decadent dessert!

My husband’s favorite pie is banana cream so I ordered him one from here for his birthday. He said it was the best banana cream pie he’s ever had so I think we have a winner ?. I agree, it was delicious!
Serendipity. Am I dreaming? So pinch me! How exciting can it be to find a pair of bakers doing a drool-worthy business in their own home? A French baker AND a Filipino sidekick? They do a weekend (Saturday) business at this point, as they both still have weekday jobs to wrestle. But after our first purchase with them, I sincerely hope they can realize their dream to open a bakery and work for no one but themselves.Firstly, we made our own personal experience even more rich by taking a delightful, if not odiferous, trek to go pick our pie up. Let me explain. After making a quick phone call and placing my order on their website, we took a leisurely drive in the direction of our destination. The business is located in a nice home in rapidly expanding Eastvale. Eastvale, once upon a time, was all open fields and Dutch and Basque dairy farms. We had chosen a warm day right after a deluge of rain and found ourselves blasted with the essence of eau de dairyland cow (consider yourself warned) as we drove towards their housing development. We ended up driving on some 2-lane, gravelly, country roads while getting an eyeful of the shrinking, rural Chino landscape of olden days. Some Guersey cows eyed us, disinterested, as they sloshed in the mud and lazily chewed on...whatever they chew on. Yippee! Mini Road Trip! But if you are not a fan of dairy culture, don 't let this set you back from experiencing some of the hands down most delectable, sweet pastries in our area. This hard-working husband and wife team know great baking secrets, and they don 't skimp with sub-par ingredients. John 's dad was a professional baker. His wife, Narleen, is Filipino with her own equally matched culinary skills. Together, they are the perfect match to bring you a selection of French/American/Filipino/Hawaiian delicacies that are sure to bring a smile to your lips. Check their website for their rotating menu. Our first order was a coconut cream pie. I don 't know how he did it, but John had it ready for us in an hour and 30 minutes. But don 't do that to him, please. Be nice. The pie crust was oh, so tender. The filling was rich and coconutty. The whipped cream topping was the real deal! Nothing artificial. As a very hard-nut critic of all things baked, Mr. B and I could only moan in ecstacy over our pie.Set up your account. Order online. Arrange a pick-up time. Pre-pay online. That 's how it works. They will send you a text and/or email of confirmation.Thank you, John and Narleen, for sharing your personal story with us, your strength and deep faith, and your inspiring efforts to honor your young son, Gerard 's, sweet memory. Yelpers, spread the word. Let their dream be a blessing to all.
