Bidrage med feedbackI have used the online order order in advance for bulk money and the food was never prepared. After waiting 15-20 minutes, I went in to ask where my order was. the service manager was not helpful, rude and would not refund my purchase. I was told that the manager went online for the refund, as it was never prepared. Finally, I just canceled the entire order online. my card shows a pending fee. I plan to file a complaint with corporate regarding this Eastvale business. this is not the first time I had problems here and will not return. there are other options out there for huh and judge by the last reviews, it seems that this particular charging goes down fast!
The worst EPL ever. Always out of something.... like CHICKEN or closing early.. Today, they decided to closed at 7:45pm. I thought maybe something was wrong. Nope. I see two employees and the manager just walking through the parking lot and they go into the Tea place laughing and giggling. As I drove away, I see two more employees walking into Smart Final. Who does that, closes a business just because you want to go get Tea? Unacceptable.
Terrible service! Floor was dirty! The guy cooking the chicken was throwing chicken across the grill carelessly. Waited in line for 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Then they didn?t give me my burrito I ordered and the tortillas soup had virtually no broth! Never EVER going back there. I didn?t go back for my burrito because it wasn?t worth it?
Wow well we?re do I begin the service and food was awful. The most upsetting thing is getting home to super dry burned chicken and the gravy was so watery. I saw my food it looked unappetizing.Would I be back nope location needs to retrain cooks and employees. Waited in the drive thru line for about 35 to 40 mins. Horrible would rather starve myself, just trash.
Found how public hair looks in my food! And when I told them that I said there was no way that could happen to me and was even suspended. This is disgusting
