Downeast Maine destination…. Period. The WACO diner is simply a must do experience. And the slogan on their shirts is borderline brilliant. I hope whomever came up with that is getting a royalty!!!! “Isn’t that right Nichole?” ?

Friendly, efficient staff….FABULOUS blueberry margaritas, and a huge group of happy locals makes this the BEST place to eat in Eastport and beyond!

The eggs Benny was phenomenal. The staff was a bit slow, even for Sunday morning breakfast, but they were nice. I'd give a 5 if they were less frazzled and more upbeat. Maybe let them grind and brew the coffee in the morning!

The people and food here are amazing! I had a wonderful experience in a great setting. I absolutely loved it and plan to come back every day until I leave. The service was fantastic, with friendly and cheerful staff.
