Chucky's Seafood & Wild Game Restaurant

I have had a longer relationship with this Famous Dave's location than I did with my first wife.

I'm sad about my most recent visit hereMy family has loved this place for years, but over the last couple years the service has become unbearable.

Years running still the best darn fish’n’chips on the island. Do NOT pass up the opportunity to eat here. Even the coleslaw is amazing. Delightfully acidic to cut through the meal. Awesome selection of beer too btw.

Went here for a celebratory dinner at the end of a work trip in the area. Helpful staff made good recommendations. The view complemented the meal of seafood and game. Strong Newfoundland component to the menu and the standard items have innovative presentation and chef's...personal style. Hope to come back here both for the restaurant and a stay on future trips. If the moose steak became known in Argentina it would trigger a major immigration to Newfoundland!

We had a lovely dinner of local seafood and the service was excellent. You definitely need to make a booking!
