Scossa - Easton

Risotto was very bland- as if water were used instead of homemade broth or stock. It was much better last year. Booth seating request made at time of reservation was not honored

Decor belies the average preparation, under seasoned and plainly plated entrees masquerading as fine dining. Charcuterie sampler was the exception.

Selection was poor as kitchen ran out of specials. We were there at 7 and because they close on Tuesday and Wednesday perhaps Mondays are fast food nights. Totally unimpressed and it used to be a go to for us when we had guests. No more.

As always, wonderful food and choices. The lunch option is quality and reasonably priced. Being able to dine outdoors, with good service, makes any meal special.
