The Roastery - Easton

I visited Easton this weekend for a wedding and stopped by for breakfast and coffee. I ordered the local breakfast burrito and a caramel frozen coffee, and I can honestly say it was the best breakfast I've had in a long time. If you get the chance, definitely check out this place. There's a nice shop where you can sit and enjoy your meal, as well as a smaller drive-thru option for customers on the go. I plan to go back before I leave—it was delicious!

I had a delightful experience at this coffee shop. The coffee was served piping hot and had a smooth flavor without any bitterness. The Mocha was particularly impressive; it had a strong espresso taste with just a hint of pleasant bitterness, which I really enjoyed, as I’m not a fan of overly sweet mochas. The lemonade was exceptional as well, perfectly balancing bitterness and sweetness. I truly appreciate coffee shops that focus on high-quality coffee instead of trying to push trendy seasonal drinks. Here, you’ll find just good, respectable coffee. It's clear they take pride in their craft.

This might be the best vegan breakfast burrito I've ever tasted. The coffee is fantastic as well. The music really complements the atmosphere. Plus, there’s excellent outdoor seating for a leisurely breakfast. I only wish I could visit here all the time!
