Rusticana Pizza Easton

Sub was wet, soggy no cheese. Subfell apart. Fries wet soggy in grease. Disgusting worse meal ever had with Rusticana. Waited 2 hours. Never ordering again

Couldnt tell you about the fries cuz they never got delivered. It took over an hour to get the food. The cheesesteak had an over amount of Hots/pepper flakes that it was almost inedible. The garlic knots were really cooked and still doughy. Also inedible.

We placed a delivery order that arrived about 40 mins later, but some of our food wasn't delivered. I called within a minute of the driver leaving my house, and they asked if I would like them to send someone back out, I said yes please, they said okay.The location is 10 mins or so (even in traffic) from my house. What they didn't mention is the driver was heading 20 mins inthe opposite direction first for two other deliveries, before he would be able to go back to the restaurant to pick up themissing food to deliver it again. I learned that when I called the 2nd time, 45 mins later. The person on the phone acted as ifthey were confused about why it may have been helpful to let me know they were short staffed or only had one driver, and that itcould be awhile. I'd have offered to go get it myself without any issue or complaint. Things happen, people forget things, thewhole world is short staffed, I get it. I wasn't rude at all, but the person I spoke to really responded as if the issue was onme. The food was decent at least. ????

I ordered a Pizza burger sub and the inside of hamburger was raw with blood still coming out of it, I could not even eat it. I called to ask for clarification if I ever ordered again do I need to clarify well-done and I was told No that is how they aremade. I?ll stick with pizza ! Very disappointed!!!

The pizza was just thrown on my front step, and it took an hour to receive a simple cheese pizza. This is the third time I've experienced poor food and service at a premium price. I've had enough of Rusticana.
