I approached the man walking back to the white van, which had no logo, and politely said, "Excuse me, there's no parking here." He responded rudely, "Yeah, I know." When I asked him if he planned to move, he simply replied, "Yup." I expressed that this seemed quite entitled of him, to which he then flipped me off twice before getting into the van. I wanted to identify who he worked for, so I took out my phone to record his license plate and look for any logos, but there were none. However, when he opened his door to say something unintelligible, I caught a glimpse of the logo on his shirt. I asked him who he worked for, and he curtly said, "You don’t need to know," before shutting the door. When I stepped a little closer to get a better view of the logo, he abruptly flung his door wide open in an attempt to hit me with it, which he succeeded in doing. Additionally, it nearly hit my car as I was leaving. I reported the incident to the police, and they took a report. I sincerely hope that this individual does not represent the standards of your company.

My favorite coffee here is the Jamaican Me Crazy. I just can't get enough of it!

I've been a loyal customer of Boston's Best for some time now and have generally been very happy with their coffee. I've tried almost all of their k-cup flavors and really enjoy them. However, I recently ran into an issue with a box of their donut shop coffee. The grinds from the k-cups clogged my brewer multiple times, almost damaging it completely. When I reached out to customer service for help, they only sent me a single replacement box. Despite the fact that my brewer faced significant problems due to this one box, all I got was a $4 replacement and an email that outlined their policy. In the rare instances I've had issues with other companies, they've always gone above and beyond to make things right. Unfortunately, Boston's Best did not meet my expectations for customer satisfaction.

The first time I tried the banana nut bread coffee, I was instantly captivated! My local Walmart in Texas used to stock it, but unfortunately they don't anymore. So, I went online, found the company, and have been ordering it every month since! My only suggestion is to create an 80-count box of the banana nut bread flavor, haha! Other than that, Boston's Best is definitely my favorite coffee ever! Thank you for providing such an amazing product, and please never stop offering the banana nut bread flavor!

I bought a 12 oz package of Boston's Best ground gourmet coffee, and it was really disappointing. It tasted bitter and left a horrible aftertaste—definitely the worst coffee I've ever bought! There's nothing gourmet about it, so I ended up throwing it away.
