Caroline's And Grill - Eastham

Last night my wife and I ate at Caroline's for the first time. Like most restaurants on Cape Cod after Labor Day, the service suffered due to staffing shortages. My lack of patience was punched in the mouth by a superb dinner. The pistachio crusted halibut was to die for. Marsha's warm lobster roll was one of her best ever. We were offered to comp our meals but decided not to accept due to the caliber of the food. We will be back next year for sure. We were a family of 5. 4 adults and a toddler. I would say that the restaurant was one of the best on this trip. The service staff was great. We were seated promptly. All of our food was delicious.
