Brine - Eastham

First off the place looks beautiful,very pretty and relaxing atmosphere. I went for breakfast with my 2 daughters.we had strawberry crepes that were amazing�.salt cod and sweet potato hash�and eggs with homefries and sausage�everything was delicious and i cant wait to eat there again!ohh and the snowy owl Coffee they serve is on point!!and im kind of a Coffee snob. 100%will be eating here again,cant wait to come for dinner and cocktails�

The menu had so many things I wanted to try, I wanted a sampler plate. The food was perfect. Between two friends and I, we ordered Duck Poutine, Artichoke Cakes, Falafel, the cauliflower entree, and flourless chocolate torte for dessert. Everything was excellent. The sauces were perfect compliments to each dish and the presentation was beautiful. The food came out quickly and the service was friendly and professional. The restaurant's decor is a comfortable but chic mix of beachy elements and rustic wood with the work of local artists adding pops of color on the walls. The only thing I'd recommend would be lighting outside and a more catchy and readable sign, distinguishable from the sign for the store next to it. Best of luck- great to see so many locals there!

Outstanding Food blended with Perfect Service! Such a fabulous time at Brine, celebrating the holidays with great friends it was a Thursday night and to our delight…Oyster Buck A Suck Thursday!! Our platter of oysters were so fresh they tasted as if they were just pulled out of the ocean 5 minutes prior to being served! They always have such an original selection of cocktails it becomes hard to choose. The Caswell wine menu I consider to be one of the “Best of Boston” she finds such interesting bottles to offer. I tend to always lean towards their seafood but I wanted to try the 16oz Bone-in Prime Ribeye and it was truly fabulous! It was served with Squash Puree, Homemade Ricotta Gnocchi and a Pomegranate Demi…lunch the next day was outstanding as well I just cannot wait to go back again!

Decided to try it for breakfast. SO YUMMY!!! Kudos to Zia! And our server Jill was amazing! Peeked at the dinner menu- we will be back!!!

Tried Brine for breakfast this morning and definitely found a new favorite! We got the huevos rancheros, corn beef hash, and home made blueberry pop tart. Absolutely delicious all around!
